• Deposit & cancellation policy

    Please note that we have a non-refundable deposit, failed-to-attend, and cancellation policy in place. This helps ensure that our patients provide us with enough notice if they need to reschedule, allowing us to offer the time to someone else in need of dental care.

    • We operate a 24-hour cancellation notice period policy
    • If you fail to attend your appointment or give less than 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rearranging, unfortunately there will be a charge of £82 minimum – please expect to be contacted by the reception team to arrange payment
    • If an appointment is cancelled before the 24 hour notice, your deposit will stay on your account and will come off your next appointment
    • The same process is put in place for all bookings made online and/or booking with our reception team

  • Late arrivals:

    If you arrive late for your appointment, we can (usually) allow you 10 minutes grace, however this is not guaranteed. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be rearranged and will be classed as a failure to attend and deposit charges will apply.

    If we are still able to see you for the remainder of your appointment you may be charged the full fee.

    Long treatments:

    If you are having treatment that requires longer than 1 hour you will be asked to pay a upfront payment to secure they booking, if you fail to attend and/or short notice that appointment, this fee will be charged and another payment will be required before rebooking.

    Saturday bookings:

    Due to limited availability we require deposit of £82 for all bookings.
